    For those that indraught fund for any projects of Taiyuan to use for over 3 years, no matter organs or individuals either home or abroad, (hereunder called as introducer), the municipality will grant bonus or residence transfer.

    Those that inlet monetary or material donation valuing up to 0.5 million RMB will be granted with a bonus at 2% of the donation value.Those that have introduced fund over 1 million USD but don't want bonus, can be granted for 1 person's residence transfer to Taiyuan and one more person at each million on top of the former up to 3 person maximum at a time.

    Payment of commission

    Commission can be drawn by those overseas economic organs, societies or individuals (hereunder called as middleman) that introduce investment over 1 million from abroad for projects on Taiyuan 's infrastructure, technical renovation, and so on.

    A maximum of 5 ％ commission will be granted to those middlemen that introduce loan from overseas finance organs, governments; commercial loans, investment from Hong Kong , Macao , Taiwan and by other overseas Chinese, which can be used for a period over 3 years.
